
3 c. flour
3 3/4 t. baking powder
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 t. salt
1 1/2 c. warm water
Mix thoroughly. Let stand for 2-3 hours for better texture. Form into flat patties and poke a hole through the middle of the dough with your finger. Deep fry in 1-3 inches of oil.
