
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1 can cream of mushroom
1/2 cup sour cream
1 pkg. mushrooms (optional)
milk
noodles
Brown beef and minced onion. Sauté mushrooms, if desired, and add to beef and onion. Add cream of mushroom. Add milk to desired consistency and simmer 10-15 minutes. Add sour cream at the very end. Cook egg noodles. Serve stroganoff over cooked noodles.
