1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can green beans
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. shredded cheese
Crumble and cook ground beef in skillet until brown. Add onion and cook until onions are softened. Drain excess fat. Stir in tomato soup, green beans, salt, and pepper. Pour into casserole dish and spoon mashed potatoes over the top. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
